Sourdough

Market Sourdough 


Our signature sourdough, made with white and barley flour for an added nutty aftertaste. The starter used for this loaf goes back 65 years where it originated from Dusseldorf.

Old English Rye Sourdough 


Unlike the usual dense rye, this dark rye flour sourdough has a lighter texture than usual with a sour but sweet tang due to the added black treacle.

Farmyard Spelt Sourdough 


Made with the ancient spelt grain, this particular sourdough is good for those looking for a lighter and more digestible option.

Wholemeal Seven Seeded Sourdough 


Our wholemeal sourdough added to our product range after much demand for a healthy and flavoursome loaf. This is made with a fantastic mixture of seven organic seeds.

Sandwich Range

White Tin 


A traditional tin loaf with a modern take, made with Chelmer White flour. Added rapeseed oil gives this farmhouse style loaf a pleasant nutty aftertaste.

Malted Granary Tin 


A traditional tin loaf with a modern take, made with Wheatcraft Malted Granary flour. Added rapeseed oil gives this farmhouse style loaf a pleasant nutty aftertaste.

Traditional Baguette


Our take on a traditional French Baguette. Simple and delicious. Great alongside a board of our British Cheeses and Cold Meats.

Light and crispy all butter traditional pastry.

Almond Croissant


Our traditional croissant with added almond paste, flaked almonds and icing sugar to dust.

Pain Au Chocolat


Traditional pastry with dark Callebaut chocolate.

Brioche Hot Cross Bun


Traditional with a twist, our HXB’s have extra butter, egg and milk to make a brioche enriched dough (seasonal).

Earl Grey Tea Cake


A tea cake with actual tea! Earl Grey infused water adds an exciting twist to these traditional delights.

Cruffin


A cross between a Muffin and a Croissant, does it really get better than this? Filled with a flavoured crème patissiere and topped with a treat.

Cinnamon Bun 


Rolled enriched dough filled with melted butter and cinnamon. Topped with Icing Sugar for a sweet but spiced indulgence.

Cheese Scone 


Your favourite traditional treat enriched with butter and aged British Cheddar, our cheese scones are best served warm with rich salty butter.

Fruit Scone


Your favourite traditional treat enriched with butter and dried fruits, our fruit scones are best served warm with clotted cream and local jam.

Pain aux Raisins

A rich buttery dough packed with walnuts, the addition of our sourdough starter gives a slight tangy finish.

Cheddar Tin Loaf


Our traditional white tin loaf with an incredible Cheddar Cheese kneaded through the dough and melted on top.

Fig and Hazelnut Sourdough


 Our winter favourite sourdough made with French fig flour and chopped hazelnuts (seasonal).

Sourdough stick made with plump, naturally ripened pitted black and green olives and Herb de Provence dressing.
