Terms & Conditions


By clicking agree when placing an order you agree to all of the following terms and conditions in their entirety.


You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.


Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made when the order is placed.


Delivery will be from 9 am to 6 pm. You will be contacted prior to delivery to let you know the delivery time based on location. Time slots are not bookable. You must ensure that there is someone to accept the delivery as responsibility for refrigeration thereon lies with the recipient. Delivery is limited to a local radius. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.


We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


The boxes to order contains only the items listed. Props used in the photos are NOT necessarily included in the box.


All packaging where possible is compostable. However, due to the nature of some items non-compostable packaging may be used. We ask you to dispose of these in a responsible way and recycle where possible.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.


We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.


Orders for must be placed a minimum of 48 hours before delivery. 


We work in a small kitchen where allergens are present in our bakery. Please see the allergen list and notify us immediately if you are likely to be affected by any of these. The Pantry cannot be held responsible if allergies are not disclosed at the time of the order. In the case of severe allergies we reserve the right to decline the order.


Refunds, returns or exchanges are not permissible if you have changed your mind. 


If you are unable to take delivery of the order on your specified date, we will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to delivery could be eligible for a full refund. Although a change in date would be our preferred option. Cancelation between 24 and 48 hours prior to delivery may be eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 24 hours of delivery cannot be rearranged (a small amount of wiggle room is available) and is not eligible for a refund as time and resources will have been used and acquired respectively.


In the case of a refund, if your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit for the purchase price of the specific item will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.


We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees, agents or sub-contractors in circumstances where:
1. there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees, agents or sub-contractors;
2. such loss or damage was not foreseeable (meaning it was not an obvious consequence of our breach or not contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this contract);
3. such loss or damage is caused by you, for example by not complying with these Terms; and conditions.
4. such loss or damage relates to a business (as we do not intend for goods bought by you to be used for business).
You will be responsible to us for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage we suffer arising from a breach of these Terms by you (subject to our obligation to mitigate any losses we suffer). 
In relation to our liability to you, in no event (including our own negligence) will we be liable for any:
1. economic losses (including, without limit, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings);
2. loss of goodwill or reputation;
3. special, indirect or consequential losses; or
4. damage to or loss of data,


Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses. In addition, our liability of any kind (including our own negligence) is limited to the value of the Payment.


We are not liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms if the failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, epidemic or pandemic, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalised lack of availability of raw materials or energy. 


You shall keep The Pantry fully indemnified against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, damages and liability arising in any way directly or indirectly out of any act, omission, neglect or default by you or any breach of covenant by you or any provisions to be complied with by you contain.


We may notify you that an order has been cancelled at any time. You will not be charged for any orders cancelled by us, and we will reimburse you for any Payment already made using the same method you used to pay for your order.
