Unless otherwise asked we will continue to keep personal data for the purpose of conducting business between yourself, the customer and us the seller. 

This personal data may include, names, address, contact information such as telephone numbers and email addresses, as well as any information stated on invoices, statements and pricing updates.

We will always aim to protect your data and comply with our obligations under the GDPR by keeping all personal data up to date, stored safely and protected from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

We will use your data to fulfil our obligations as a supplier as well as providing any other information that you have consented for us to do so.

We will keep your data no longer than necessary. You have the right to request a copy of your personal data we hold, unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR.
